Ryan Koziol
Founder & CEO
Ryan began his career in investment banking and private equity, working closely with companies to evaluate opportunities, strengthen financial performance, and drive growth. He founded Model Frameworks to bring that same investor-grade rigor and clarity to founders and small business owners.
When he’s not building models, Ryan enjoys playing pickleball and soccer, as well as spending time reading and exploring new ideas at the intersection of business, strategy, and personal growth.
